Welcome to Women Executives!

Women Executives (WE), founded in 1977, is a diverse group of accomplished professional women whose mission is to support and nurture each other's personal and career growth.  Our members are senior executives in corporate, entrepreneurial, sales, non-profit and professional positions in a wide variety of industries and organizations in the Charlotte metro area.

WE members enjoy fun and exciting opportunities to grow and develop relationships through monthly, membership-wide programs, small group lunches, affinity group gatherings and a wide variety of networking events.  Our goals for 2009-2010 are building on our excellent growth and proud 30+ year history and seek to ENRICH the lives of our WE members.  Enrich means "to add greater value or significance to."  Educate, Nurture, be Relevant, Inspire, Celebrate and Have fun!

Although our 200 plus members are already highly involved in the community on their own, our members also share their success by supporting our 501(c)(3) affiliate, Women Executives in Community Service (WECS).  This group provides scholarships and mentoring support through Women Initiating and Nurturing Growth through Scholarships (WINGS) for female undergraduate students, 25 years or older, who are pursing higher education as a way to improve their lives.
